NEEDS implemented a turn-key energy-saving project for the Giant store tailoring a strategic plan for significant decrease in the client’s electricity bill. The project started by identifying energy consumption areas and assessed energy saving opportunities prior to the development of the energy saving solution. Comprehensive analysis of the Giant Store energy use data depicted the measures to achieve overall system efficiency, define scope for a complete design, and present cost/savings analysis using state of the art technical and economical tools and software. NEEDS managed the overall contracting electrical and mechanical works required for the project.
