NEEDS is provided engineering services for Siemens in its BRCC project. Services included providing consulting, training and troubleshooting of the Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) systems. Moreover, NEEDS responsibilities cover the computer hardware/administration as well as software training, consulting and maintenance for the control center during the post commissioning operation and maintenance period.
