NEEDS completed a detailed feasibility study for TADCO Farm to build a 70 MW power plant and complete distribution network for replacing the 250 stand-alone diesel generators serving individual loads. The study recommended a BOT (Build/Operate/Transfer) model over 15 years to develop the project with advanced water and electricity distribution management systems integrated with the agricultural business of TADCO farm. NEEDS was expected to be the project developer and manager.
