NEEDS developed a comprehensive feasibility study and business plan to establish an Energy Services Company in Saudi Arabia. On the basis of complete analysis of the power sector problems and challenges in Saudi Arabia, NEEDS proposed a detailed plan of business activities required to initiate the energy efficiency for large-scale industries. The plan also developed the platform for immediate intervention in the small-scale energy sales business. As a result, the group was able to reach a turnover of 40 M$ by the year 2004 with a total 120 MW of energy production capacity.
