The project was concerned with energy efficiency, boosting the use of solar energy in the construction sector, for reducing both the energy supply requirements and the ever-growing impact on the environment of air-conditioning installations. NEEDS played the role of a consortium partner providing the regional management support, IT and technology transfer.
