The project objective is to provide consultancy and advisory services to the Ministry of Energy and Water (MEW) and to support the Ministry in building its capacity. The project aspect is to support the implementation of the Electricity Policy Paper from services, studies, consultancies, and logistical support. In this project, NEEDS provided the needed human resources and specialized experts and consultants in the various areas of engineering, information systems, managerial, legal, technical, financial, economic, and accounting, among others.
